Getting the e-learning to technically work is only the first step in a three-step process necessary to ensure success. And, it's the easiest.

Step 1. Installation. Once the e-learning is developed, the next phase is actually installation'doing whatever it takes to make sure it works as designed. This step is concluded when the e-learning technically runs error-free.

Step 2. Implementation. Following installation the focus should be on implementation'making sure learners and their managers know what it is and how to use it.
