But that doesn't mean it is right. Just because one uses the words "scientific" or "evidence-based" doesn't mean one is actually doing something useful or receiving any benefits'would that it were so easy. The truth is, as Nobel laureate Richard Feynman so well pointed out, the fact that you use the language of science in no way makes what you do either scientific, right, or helpful. And I believe this language is, in fact, leading learning professionals in very wrong and harmful directions. Not that science is bad, but pseudo-science is.
