Jef Moonen
Jef Moonen completed his studies in mathematics and education at the University of Leuven (Belgium). He wrote his dissertation on computer-based education in statistics at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) in 1978. Until his early retirement in 2004, he was professor of educational instrumentation at the Faculty of Educational Science and Technology of the University of Twente (The Netherlands) and has served as emeritus professor since his retirement.
