Chapter 14. Final Word

As I sat with a group of the executives each of whom head one of the custom e-learning design and development studios that comprise Allen Interactions, I began to wonder if success in e-learning were a pursuit devoid of sanity. At least in the corporate training world we serve, landmines lie everywhere.

Buyers often have no sense of what the important criteria are. While surely they don't really think all training programs are alike, price is the chief consideration, especially because instructional paradigms are completely foreign to them and impact isn't going to be measured anyway.
