The documented powerful results of AI in creating positive organizational change have moved beyond OD. AI questioning has been adapted for use in psychological therapy, coaching and personal reflection, program and individual performance evaluations, and knowledge management. The book Dynamic Relationships: Unleashing the Power of Appreciative Inquiry in Daily Living (Stavros & Torres, 2005) makes a strong case for bringing Appreciative Inquiry style questioning into daily interactions with co-workers and family.
