This fieldbook is designed to be a self-coaching and action-learning guide for leaders and their staffs to address the Circle-of-Challenge Framework described in Chapter 2. Our approach is based on the belief, gained from experience, that individuals can make significant changes on their own if equipped with the right tools, which include the following:

• Some turnkey practices and tactics
• Relevant application tools for specific issues
