Alignment of Programs and Evaluation Planning

In far too many situations, leadership development programs are implemented without a complete picture of the reason for the program. Pursuing initiatives without knowing why and not identifying clear performance or business needs or measures up front can be disastrous in today’s economic climate. Evaluation is too often an afterthought.
