In early 2010, Global Manufacturing Company (GMC), a leading manufacturer of advanced materials, recognized gaps in leadership skills and partnered with Advantexe Learning Solutions (Advantexe) to create a customized training engagement program, Fundamentals of Business Leadership (FBL).
