THE BEST-DESIGNED model, technique, or process is worthless unless it is effectively integrated into the organization. Even a simple, methodical process fails in the best organizations if it is not fully supported by those who should make it work. As you begin to plan for and implement the ROI Methodology, you may encounter some resistance to it. Fundamentally, resistance to evaluation is much the same as resistance to any change process, but you can minimize resistance with careful implementation of a sensible approach to return on investment.
