Identifying the content of axes

Now that we've solved the axis problem, it's time to see the contents of axes on a particular axis. This recipe teaches you how to break down and reconstruct the content of an axis back the way it was. Here we're going to learn how to count the hierarchies on axes, how to identify them and their current members.
