The term business indicators is a more or less generic way to describe the various methods of presenting corporate performance-related information in SharePoint. This could apply to the methods of displaying data in Excel Services you've already learned about, but it also applies to KPIs and dashboards, which are the two primary subjects of this section of the chapter.
