About the Technical Editors
Jeff A. Dunkelberger, MCSE, MCT, is currently a solution architect in the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Microsoft Services practice, where he works with HP’s large federal government and commercial customers, helping them solve their business problems with Windows and Exchange solutions. Most recently, Jeff completed a special assignment as the lab master on the design and delivery team for the HP Windows 2003 Academy series. HP’s Windows 2003 Academy program is an intense, practical field-training exercise attended by hundreds of HP’s Windows consultants around the world.
