4.2. Terminal Services Server Load

One of the most convenient and useful features of Terminal Services is that it puts an extraordinarily light load on the server. As of this writing, Microsoft has not released a prescribed load for applying Terminal Services throughout a given enterprise. However, two tried and true methods for determining server load have existed since the release of Terminal Services and (for that matter) have been in release since most computers were first functioning. Those two methods are experimentation and extrapolation.
