8.15. Summary

With Windows Server 2008, there are a myriad of backup, recovery, and data security methods available at your administrative fingertips. In this chapter, I covered the appropriate utilities you can use at the appropriate time to create a secure and reliable backup in case of a failure.

The Windows Server Backup utility can create both full and partial backups simply and easily. It can take advantage of spare drives, file shares, and spare space in almost any location.
