  1. C. The full range of addresses with a network ID of 172.16.0.1/20 is 172.16.0.1 through 172.16.15.254. You can modify the existing scope to include the full range of IP addresses. Moving clients may work and would be a good solution if there were contention problems, but the real problem is that DHCP has run out of IP addresses. Creating a superscope with the two scopes wouldn't give more addresses to the first range. It is not possible to create a second scope with the network ID as an existing scope.

  2. A. In DHCPv6 Stateless mode, it does not issue IPv6 addresses. It will issue IPv6 addresses in DHCPv6 Stateful mode. There is no such thing as a Compatibility mode in DHCP.
