Project: Assigning Materials

Of all surfaces in the scene, only the poster requires a specific bitmap texture. All the other parts—including the floor, walls, ceiling, molding, pillars, sconces, and chairs—will be assigned to generic textures that do not require specific UV alignment.

Because the render is designed for architectural visualization, you will render the objects as if the surfaces are pristine and clean. Hence, it's not necessary to introduce surface wear or variation. (In contrast, the Project 3 ambulance was given a heavy dose of rust and dirt.) As such, similar surfaces should appear identical.
