This is required both to improve current performance and to include and incorporate actions taken as a part of strategic plans, which may include acquisitions, divestitures, new capital investment, and much more. The governance process must be incorporated into an organizational leadership approach to deal with transformational issues in the transition to or management within an ERP platform.
