PART II DEALS with five aspects of operating businesses and proposes different approaches to understanding, analyzing, and designing transformation programs to achieve significant Return on Investment. The five analyses are used in Part III to construct a program governance approach to lead the organization through the change process and ensure that the intended benefits are achieved.

It presents the case for understanding these interactions and learning how to work with these interactions to achieve intended benefits.
