About the Authors

Arthur J. Worster is currently the director of Corporate Applicability at the College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member in the online M.B.A. program, working with the courses in the ERP Concentration and the ERP Graduate Certificate, using SAP. Mr. Worster also provides consulting services through Worster Associates, LLC, to clients on ERP Program Governance and Workforce Educational programs to improve the ability of companies to achieve expected benefits from their ERP investments.

Mr. Worster has experience in executive leadership positions in the chemical and services industries, as well as with graduate business school programs, for more than 40 years. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.A. degree in philosophy and economics. He spent a year at Buffalo in Economics Graduate School studying developing economies until entering the U.S. Air Force as an officer. After nearly five years of commanding aircraft maintenance training schools, Mr. Worster left the U.S. Air Force and entered industry. He held progressive positions in manufacturing operations, from first line supervisor to division operations director, during the ensuing 13 years, which included overseeing the design, construction, and commissioning of two major chemical plants.
