About the Author
Patrick A. Gaughan is president of Economatrix Research Associates, Inc., which is an economic and financial consulting firm with offices on Wall Street, New York City, as well as in New Jersey and Miami. He is also a full professor of economics and finance at the College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he has taught mergers and acquisitions for the past quarter of a century. Dr. Gaughan is the author and editor of nine books, including the award-winning Mergers Acquisitions and Corporate Restructurings, published by John Wiley & Sons.
