Neal Schaffer is a trilingual social media strategy consultant, coach, and speaker. After nearly two decades of working in B2B sales, business development, and marketing helping companies successfully establish sales organizations from scratch in competitive Asian markets, Neal is currently the President of Windmills Marketing, where he has worked with dozens of companies on creating social media strategies, auditing and optimizing their current social media programs, and training employees from various departments on leveraging social media for business.

As a popular social media speaker, Neal has spoken at more than 150 events on three continents and regularly presents on social media in Japan, speaking in Japanese. He also teaches as part of the renowned Mini Social Media MBA program at Rutgers University.
