A2.4. Controls and Options in LTI Viewer

Once the system model to be analysed has been imported into the LTI Viewer, a set of controls and options can be accessed on the LTI Viewer by right clicking the mouse in the blank space of window. The following options (Figure A2.4) are made available:

  • Plot type: Plot type can be changed. Plot types which are available are step, impulse, bode, Nicholas, Nyquist plots etc.

  • Systems: Any system model can be selected or deselected.

  • Characteristics: The characteristics that are available are different for different types of plots. For example, step responses have characteristics like rise time, peak overshoot, settling time, steady state etc.; bode diagrams have characteristics like gain margin and phase margin ...
