Stereo

Before 2009, when James Cameron released his epic sci-fi film Avatar, 3D movies were relatively rare in Hollywood. Cameron convinced the studios to take a (very expensive) chance on a method of filmmaking that hadn’t been popular in decades. But it was Cameron’s unfaltering belief in 3D filmmaking and his insistence on doing 3D the “right way” that almost single-handedly brought about the renaissance of 3D movies that we enjoy today.
