B.7. Workstation Backup Policy

The network operations staff will back up documents stored on each employee's workstation weekly. Every employee is assigned a day of the week during which they must leave their system powered up at the end of the day. The employee is to log off of the system, but the system must remain powered up. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that their system remains powered up on the correct day. Employees should contact their direct supervisor to find out which day they have been assigned.
