Summary

In this chapter, we learned about setting up some core infrastructure components required for XenApp 7.6 site, including the domain controller for authentication purpose, DHCP for assigning the automatic IP configuration, PXE boot for Citrix Provisioning Services, certificate authority to generate certificates for the secure communication and identification, and SQL server, which will hold the static configuration of XenApp 7.6 site.

In the next chapter, we will set up the Citrix component, which is required to set up the XenApp 7.6 site.
