Right-clicking and choosing to back up an individual GPO is very quick, but it would still be an enormous pain in the neck if you were trying to back up all 697 GPOs that are in use within your domain. Thankfully, there is a very fast and easy way to create backups of all your GPOs at once.
The easiest way to make backup copies of all your GPOs is to right-click on the Group Policy Objects folder, and select Back Up All... from the menu. Here, you simply populate the screen asking for the backup Location and Description, and when you click the Back Up button, you can step away, grab a coffee, and wait for it to finish. That's it!
