When configuring your Firewall Configuration GPO, the first section of settings you find are the general settings for how the firewall behaves. These are the settings available right on the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security screen. The most common thing to do here is to enable or disable the firewall altogether, which we will be performing with some step-by-step examples shortly.
