Asking vRealize Operations to take vSphere High Availability into account is as simple as enabling the checkbox. This is probably one of the best features of vRealize Operations capacity management as it is often something that people forget to asses when judging cluster capacity, or are under the disbelief that HA Admission Control will do this for you.
Although vRealize Operations does check what admission control policy is in effect and its value for each cluster, this inventory is only updated every 24 hours. Keep in mind that changes to HA (including enabling or disabling it completely) won't be reflected in usable capacity until the next day.
