Manage local users on ESX/ESXi hosts.

Despite that vCenter Server eliminates most of the uses for local accounts created and managed on each ESX/ESXi host, there is still a small but critical need for local accounts. You can use Linux-based tools like useradd, userdel, groupadd, and groupdel to create and delete local users and groups on ESX hosts. For both ESX and ESXi hosts, the vSphere Client also offers the ability to manage local users and groups.
