VMM manages virtual machine and virtual machine hosts. You can couple it with System Center Operations Manager (OpsMgr) to enable robust monitoring, alerting, and reporting of all resources under management. In addition to managing the virtual machine host, OpsMgr uses management packs to enhance its understanding of the environment.
