Engaged Networking

We struggled to name the fifth High AR capability in our framework. We looked at data, recalled conversations with company executives, and wrestled with a thesaurus to understand what we were observing. Some observations were straightforward. At an individual level, we noted in Chapter Four how individuals with well-developed relationships in their personal and professional lives are healthier; that is, they have greater social wellness. Building on this, research tends to support the premise that individuals with larger networks of friends and associates are happier and physically healthier.
