1.20. 100% Viewfinder Frame

This is one of the marks of a true near-professional camera. When you look into the view-finder, you expect that the image you see is what you'll get later in the computer.

Unfortunately, on lesser cameras, the view-finder is often only 95% or less of the actual image you'll capture. That can be aggravating, since you might pick up something on the edge of your image that the viewfinder doesn't even show you. Not with the D300, though. Like other professional cameras such as the F5, F6, D2X, and D3, your D300 has a cool 100% viewfinder.
