Retouching allows you to modify your images in-camera. If you like to do digital photography and want to postprocess your images for maximum quality, but you don’t particularly like to adjust images on a computer, these functions are for you. Obviously, the camera Monitor is not large enough to allow you to make extensive creative changes to an image, as you can with Nikon Capture NX-D, Lightroom, or Photoshop on a computer. However, it is surprising what you can accomplish with the Retouch Menu.
