Carlos Santiago is a senior premier field engineer at Microsoft. He has been working with Systems Management Server/Configuration Manager since version 1.0. He moved from Puerto Rico to Texas in 1992 and lives with his two sons, Christian and Zachary. Christian is a sophomore studying aerospace engineering at the University of Texas in Arlington, and Zachary can't wait to be in high school next year. The family enjoys the company of Crystal, a miniature Schnauzer dog, and Maximus, an Egyptian Mau cat. Carlos volunteers part of his free time to the Boy Scouts of America. Carlos's hobbies include electronics, shooting sports, photography, and camping.
