9.1. What's New in Asset Intelligence in Configuration Manager
Asset Intelligence has been enhanced significantly in Configuration Manager 2007. New reports have been added to the Asset Intelligence Hardware, Software, and License Management categories. (We covered some of the other improvements to Asset Intelligence in Chapter 4.)
Besides tracking installed software, autostart software, and browser helper objects, new software reports provide information about recently used executables, and new hardware reports track processor age, USB devices, and readiness for an upgrade.
