Throughout this book, you have journeyed through all the various aspects of Configuration Manager 2007, and during that journey we have assumed that each of the functions discussed in this book worked flawlessly. However, everyone knows that problems arise and that sometimes things do not go as planned. After all, Configuration Manager 2007 depends on other software, such as SQL Server, IIS, and so on; it also depends on network resources and disk resources. Any of these items can have issues and cause the Configuration Manager 2007 hierarchy not to function as designed.
