15.1. Creating the Maintenance Plan

The best way to prevent issues from arising in Configuration Manager 2007 is to create and follow a standard maintenance plan. A well-executed maintenance plan that is followed will allow administrators to be actively aware of their Configuration Manager 2007 hierarchy, offering a better chance of finding possible concerns before they become issues.
