11.8. Creating Dashboards
Dashboards are basically reports that are arranged on a single pane within a single page. Reports are the major items of the dashboard. Dashboards can consist of a mix of any of the reports within Configuration Manager, excluding reports that contain prompts. However, now that you know how to clone reports, you could remove any prompts from a cloned report to ensure that it would work within a dashboard configuration.
The same principles apply to dashboards as to reports. They can be e-mailed and set up as a favorite within your browser.
