Solution Open the Configuration Manager 2007 console, expand the Site Management node, expand the Site node, expand the Site Settings node, expand the Site Systems node, select the mobile management point server name, right-click ConfigMgr Management Point under Roles, choose Properties, and select the Allow Devices To Use This Management box.
