Summary
In this chapter, we have gone through various concepts related to the Process Builder-starting from a business scenario where you can use a Process Builder, followed by the Process Builder user interface. Then, we moved forward and discussed the differences between various automation tools. We also went through a couple of hands-on exercises to see how we can use the Process Builder to automate business processes. In the next chapter, we will go through the report and dashboard concepts.
