In this chapter, we started with an overview of Territory Management. Then we moved ahead and discussed the difference between Territory Management and Enterprise Territory Management. We also learned how to configure Enterprise Territory Management for your Salesforce organization. We also covered how to run opportunity filter-based territory assignment. At the end, we discussed a way to enable Chatter for a territory model. In the next chapter, we will go through the Salesforce customization options.
