After the project manager develops the risk management plan and the procurement management plan, it is time to execute the activities that have been designed in each plan, respectively. At this point, the project is underway and the project manager has documentation outlining identified risks and an analysis that suggests the probability of the risks’ occurrence and their potential impact to the project.
