Revit Structure is capable of modeling as well as creating documentation for a variety of building structures. To recognize what tools should be used and understand the various ways to create and document elements in a nonstandard structure, you need a good grasp of the techniques you've read about in this book.
As you'll see in this appendix, the tools provided in Revit Structure to aid in these efforts are not always used for the purpose for which they were intended. As we discuss the wide range of projects we've modeled and the strategies we employed when using Revit Structure in a real-world production environment, you should gain a good understanding of how to overcome structural issues.
