Prioritizing Candidate Projects

Selecting projects for a portfolio from a long list of candidates can often be very difficult. Even though we’ve reduced the number of project possibilities to a manageable number through the pre-screening and screening process, difficult decisions still need to be made to evaluate anticipated benefits of each candidate project and begin the portfolio selection process.
