What’s in the Box?

Pro Tools software includes several different dynamics processors as standard equipment to cover most of your needs for mixing and mastering. Three of the processors are part of the Dynamics III package that is the third revision of the basic Pro Tools plug-in suite, similar to the EQ-III (Chapter 4) and the Delay-II (Chapter 7) plug-ins. Included in the Dynamics-III package are the Compressor/Limiter, De-Esser, and Expander/Gate plug-ins. These three processors are joined by the Bomb Factory BF76 Peak Limiter and the Maxim look-ahead limiter.
