Scrum is a framework1 for developing and sustaining complex products. The definition of Scrum consists of Scrum’s roles, events, and artifacts and the rules that bind them.

Definition of Scrum

In the Scrum Guide, Scrum is defined as a “framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.”2
