There are two styles of Support screen that you might see, depending on if Microsoft has rolled out their newer Support UI to your company or not. In one, clicking on New service request or View service requests takes you to a separate page; in the other, you get a right-side pop-out panel, like all of the other pop-out panels you've encountered thus far. We'll touch on both, since how long it will take Microsoft to decommission the older version fully is not easily predictable.
