Dial scope controls who can participate in the auto-attendant, as well as which names appear for redirecting calls to a specific person. Thus, you can limit the scope of dial-by-name to a specific department or team. You can choose to include all users or a custom set. You can also exclude specific users, so your CEO knows that gate-crashers can't harass her while she's hard at work.
