Summary

In this chapter, we've explored the lifecycle of an Office 365 user from when they're hired until after they exit the organization. You should now be capable of performing any such tasks that are required of you, including account provisioning, changing security, disabling accounts, and cleaning up guest access. You should also better understand different approaches for retaining user data, what's involved in configuring DNS domains, and how that can affect services such as email delivery, as well as the effect that integration with on-premises directory services will have on how these processes work.
