The outbound spam filter is much simpler. Like the connection filter, there's only one; you can edit it, but you cannot add new ones:

The settings are as follows:
- Send a copy of the outbound email addresses that are found to be suspicious to a specific email address (or addresses) that you provide.
- Send a notification to a specific email address or addresses when a sender is blocked for sending outbound spam.
